1 c. coconut or almond milk
1c. Water (optional...i make mine without and it makes it thicker)
2 medium kale leaves
6 baby carrots
8 fresh strawberries
1 c. Frozen berries
1/2 banana
1/4 c. Fresh or frozen cranberries (or you can add another c. Of frozen mixed berries)
2 tbl. Ground flaxseed
Put everything in a blender and blend. Enjoy!
